Apparently, this young man makes unique boats. He fabricates the shell with simple, basic materials and goes from there. His designs are fun and come straight from his melon.
In this case he calls it a "seaplane," but it's not because it does not fly (though it does seem to get on "plane" ... sorry). He shows it zooping across the water then shows you how he did it. It's long, but you can skip along easily enough.
I just admire his creativity and smarts.
